Octavian Ghana Limited is a wholly owned Ghanaian Private Security and Facility Management Company, with its head office at the Free Zones Enclave in Tema with footprints across the country. Octavian Ghana Limited was formed in 2016 with a mission to offer clients a tailored, quality led service, at an affordable price, to totally change the image of private security and facilities management and to improve the standard of FM solutions in Ghana. We are a company that prides itself on training and quality of service, tailored to meet our clients’ requirements. We provide a broad range of solutions including janitorial, pest control, waste management, maintenance, reception/customer service, managing and safeguarding the assets of our clients. Managing Director
Ahmed Wahab holds an MBA in International Business from American Intercontinental University in the UK and Bsc. Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana. Ahmed has over 19 years management experience in corporate services management, business development, project management and sales and marketing management. He has a rich experience in designing and implementing business plans and strategies. Ahmed held key management positions in the banking, insurance, international development, telecom, and pay television industries. Some of the big multinational organization he worked for include American International Group (AIG) in the United Kingdom, Standard Chartered Bank and UK Department for International Development (DFID) in Ghana. As head of the Ghana operations, his main objective is to position Octavian as the number one choice in Ghana, when it comes to facility management and security services.
General Manager
Mr. David Livingstone Pinto is the General Director for Commercial at Octavian Ghana Limited. Prior to his employment with Octavian Ghana, he worked with companies like Broadband Home (Zipnet), Next Generation Broadcasting Ghana Limited (Smart TV). He also worked with Standard Chartered Bank as a Direct Sales Team Manager from 2004 to 2009. During his stay at Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Limited he won several awards which include best sales person in the year 2004 and best team leader in 2009. In 2010 at NGB, he managed his team to produce over 70% of the total sales in that operational year. Cumulatively, he has 14 years' corporate work experience. Mr. David studied BSc Agriculture at the University of Cape Coast and currently a studying member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK. He is an extrovert, effective team player and always prepared to take up new/extra duties.
Project Manager
Mr. Kofi Yendor is the Project Manager at Octavian Ghana Limited. Before his employment with Octavian Security, he worked with St. Georges Security Limited as Operations Manager from 2023-2025. He also worked as Operations Manager/ Close Protection Agent with GUO Security Services Limited from 2022-2023 where he supervised the implementation of safety, security policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Mr. Yendor also worked with Mansawie Security Agency Limited as the Operations Manager from 2020 - 2023. He started as Operations Officer at Delta Flash Interventions Security and Safety Solutions and was elevated to the position of Operations Manager from 2018 - 2020. He worked with AngloGold Ashani from 1995 - 2014 as the Time and Attendance Control Room Operator. Mr. Yendor has a varied experience in conducting security surveys,recruiting and training guards as well as developing tailor-made SOPs for commercial and residential properties. Mr. Yendor studied BSc Information and Communication Technology at the Christ Apostolic University College (affiliated to KNUST) in 2016. He also holds a certificate in Strategic Management from the ICM UK Academy of Business Administration. He is a team player and very assertive when it comes to the delivery of his duties.
Operations Manager
Mr. Emmanuel Yaw Nartey is the Operations Manager at Octavian Ghana Limited. Before his employment with Octavian Security, he worked with Black Hawk Security Limited as Operations Manager from 2017-2024 where he designed and trained the operations team on emergency response actions. He also worked as Operations Manager with Eden Security Services Limited from 2014-2017 where he supervised the implementation of safety, security policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Mr. Nartey has gained varied experience in the security service industry over the years with most of his achievements being proactively identifying risk at locations recommending appropriate solutions to mitigate these risks. Mr. Nartey studied Access Control Program at the University of Ghana City Campus in 2015. He is an extrovert and a great team player who can achieve the best from his team.
